What's the catch?
There's no catch. We build websites at cost for Southern Oregon small businesses that can't afford a $2,000–$5,000 upfront investment. We make our margin on ongoing hosting and occasionally from referrals when clients are happy. It's a sustainable model that works well for us and gets great sites into the hands of businesses that need them.
What does $25/month include?
Fully managed hosting on fast, secure servers, your SSL certificate, monthly software updates, uptime monitoring with a 99.9% guarantee, and email support. No surprise charges.
What happens after 12 months?
After your 12-month commitment, you have a choice: continue hosting with us at $25/month (many clients do because it's genuinely a good deal), or we'll export the site files and you can host wherever you like. You own it free and clear.
Do I own the website?
After completing your 12-month hosting commitment, yes — the site files are yours. During the hosting period, Linear Web Solutions retains design rights but you have full operational control of your site and all of its content.
Can I cancel before 12 months?
We ask for a 12-month commitment. If you need to exit early, there is a one-time buyout fee of $200 that covers our design and development cost. After paying the buyout, the site files are yours to take wherever you like.
How long does it take to build?
From our discovery call to launch, typically 7–14 business days. We've launched sites in as few as 5 days when clients have their content ready. We don't drag it out.
What kind of business qualifies?
Any legitimate small business based in Southern Oregon — Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, or Lane County. You should have been operating for at least 6 months and not currently have a professional website, or your current one should be more than 3 years old.
