User Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Linear Web Solutions to delete the personal information we hold about you, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Google when you connected those accounts to our client dashboard. This page explains how. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect.
Option 1: Disconnect Meta Access
In the Dashboard. If you have Dashboard access, this is the fastest way to delete Facebook data:
- Sign in at dashboard.linearwebsolutions.com.
- Open Facebook, then Settings.
- Select Disconnect next to the Page.
This immediately deletes the Page's stored details, its access token, and our records of its posts and Reels.
In Facebook. You can also remove our app from your Facebook account:
- Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Go to Business integrations.
- Find Linear Web Solutions, select Remove, and confirm.
Removing the app stops all future access to your Pages. It does not automatically delete information we already stored. To delete that, disconnect the Page in the Dashboard or send us a request (Option 2).
Option 2: Request Deletion From Us
Email contact@linearwebsolutions.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include enough to identify your records, such as:
- Your name and the email address you used with us
- The Facebook Page name or ID, Instagram account, or YouTube channel you connected
Never send us passwords, Facebook passwords, access tokens, or app secrets. We will never ask for them. We may reply to confirm the request came from you before deleting anything.
What We Delete
After a valid request, we delete or anonymize the personal information and Meta-derived data we control, including:
- Facebook Page IDs, names, categories, descriptions, and follower counts
- Linked Instagram account IDs
- Facebook, YouTube, and Google access and refresh tokens
- Records of posts, photos, videos, and Reels we published for you, and their status details
- Images and videos stored for publishing
- Contact details and messages from inquiries, and Dashboard account details
We may keep limited information where the law requires it (such as invoices) or where needed for security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Deleted information may remain in server logs or backups, where they exist, for a limited time before it is overwritten.
Timing and Confirmation
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will email you when it is done.
Posts, photos, and videos already published to your Facebook Page or YouTube channel live on those platforms. Deleting your data with us does not remove them. You can delete them directly on each platform.
